STILL NOT SURE?

Frequently Asked Questions

Question 1: How much does sourcing cost?

Each category (clothing, accessories, etc.) costs $300 per category. This covers supplier research and delivery of vetted supplier contacts tailored to your needs.

Question 2: How long does sourcing take?

Standard sourcing takes 5–7 business days.
During peak seasons, it may take up to 2 weeks to complete.

Question 3: Do you use the same suppliers for each customer?

No. Every customer is unique.

We never recycle the same list. Your suppliers are sourced specifically for your business.

You can choose from:

Manufacturers List (Pre-Vetted): download our ready-made vetted supplier list

Personal Sourcing: a custom supplier list made just for you

In-Person Factory Sourcing: we visit factories and speak with manufacturers directly

Question 4: How do you verify that suppliers are good or not?

We use a 7-Point Supplier Verification System, ensuring every supplier is carefully vetted and not just “copy-and-paste.”

1. In-person sourcing – we meet directly with the supplier

2. Sample inspections – we check product quality firsthand

3. Business license verification – ensuring the factory is legally registered

4. Factory inspections – we visit facilities when required

5. Freight and shipping checks – confirming logistics reliability

6. Customer review checks – reviewing past performance

7. Compliance checks – confirming the supplier meets industry standards

This guarantees your list is accurate, verified, and trustworthy.

Question 5: Do you offer procurement services?

We no longer provide procurement services. However, if you require procurement, you must sign a 3-month retainer contract.

Question 6: Do you offer in-person sourcing?

Yes. We can visit manufacturers and conduct in-person sourcing. Prices are based on half-day or full-day rates.

Question 7: What if I don’t like the suppliers on my list?

If you receive your list and are unsatisfied with the suppliers, you can contact us and we will source additional suppliers for you at no extra charge.
